Fizz Pricing
Fizz.ca offers a variety of mobile and internet plans. For mobile, there are options like $23/talk/text/6GB, $30/50 GB or $40/80 GB, with an additional $4 to add US roaming.
For internet, there are five different packages. The cheapest internet plan costs $39 a month and provides 10Mbps download speed. The most expensive plan costs $75 per month and provides 200Mbps download speed.
There are also updated prices for the 3 internet speeds: 30/10 Mbps at $35, 200/30 Mbps at $44, and 400/50 Mbps at $45.
All plans come with no fixed-term contract, and unused mobile data is automatically transferred to the next month. There are no overage or roaming fees with mobile plans, and home internet plans are all-inclusive.
Members can also gift each other mobile data. Activating the first plan using a referral code earns a bonus, and sharing your own code gets you even more bonuses.
Payment Method
To pay for monthly plans on Fizz.ca, the following methods are accepted:
- Visa or Mastercard credit card
- Visa Debit or Mastercard debit card
A pre-paid Visa or Mastercard can be used to make a payment, but only for one-time payments. Recurrent monthly payments cannot be planned with a Vanilla prepaid card. Each month, a one-time payment must be made to pay for the upcoming month, otherwise the services will remain unpaid and may be suspended.
Unfortunately, the following methods are not accepted:

When buying a phone from Fizz, the same payment methods listed above can be used to pay for the phone in full upfront. If paying upfront is not preferred, paying later with Affirm is possible. Affirm is a Canadian company that offers plans to spread the cost of a purchase over several payments. Affirm must approve the request since the payments to pay for the phone will be done to Affirm, not Fizz. Approval takes only a few minutes.
Fizz uses 3DS2 protocols to protect online payments. 3D Secure is an authentication protocol which will prompt an additional verification step during checkout to reduce fraud such as entering a code sent to the phone or signing into the banking app with a fingerprint or facial recognition. The payment system will trigger this two-layer authentication security protocol automatically when a transaction meets certain criteria set by the credit card company. The user will be redirected to their website and once the authentication is successfully completed, the user will be brought back at Fizz.ca and receive confirmation of a successful payment.

Fizz Return Policy?
Fizz.ca has a 15-day return policy for phones. To return a phone, a request must be submitted online within 15 days of receiving the phone. After this period, the return policy expires. For members with an approved disability attestation, a 30-day trial is available.
The mobile data usage must not exceed 50% of the data included in the mobile plan associated with the phone. The phone must be returned with all its accessories, including the charger and the original box. The phone must be like new, without any scratches or physical damage to the case, screen, buttons, connectors, camera lens, and/or flash. For refurbished phones, they must be in the same condition as when purchased from Fizz.
Only one return per account per year is allowed under the 15-day return policy. Any additional requests will not be honored. An administrative fee will be charged if the return request is denied.
The return process involves submitting a return request online via the Fizz account, preparing and packaging the phone, and depositing it at a Canada Post deposit location.
